About Ben Wimpling

After spending the last decade in technical recruiting, I made a pivot into the insurance world and now enter into a world of leading a team of Home and Flood Insurance Sales Agents. While the industry changed, the core of what I love doing didn’t: building strong relationships, creating great culture, and helping people grow and succeed.In my current role, I’m hands-on with agents day to day — working alongside them to grow their books of business, sharpen their approach, and navigate what’s happening in the market. I’m also responsible for hiring, training, and developing new agents, making sure they’re set up for long-term success, not just quick wins. I care a lot about building a team people actually enjoy being part of, where collaboration, accountability, and results all matter.I work closely with Realtors and Loan Officers who value communication, reliability, and partnerships that make everyone’s job easier.
