I own fishing businesses and a coffee company, and am based in northern Michigan, near Traverse City. The coffee company, Deep Blue Coffee Company is a small roast-to-order coffee company that strives to give its customers the best, freshest coffee possible. Each offering is small batch freshly artisan roasted and hand-crafted. We only have one ingredient in our coffee-coffee! Using only specialty grade arabica coffees, we never use any flavors of any kind. All of the tasting characteristics are derived from careful blending, pulling out the best characteristics each origin has to offer. Sport Fish Michigan is a state-wide referral service, with recommendations for the top US Coast Guard licensed Captains and guides in Michigan. Traverse City Bass Guide Service operates out of Traverse City, Michigan, fishing from a fully tournament-rigged Ranger Z-520 bass boat. We fish Grand Traverse Bays and other area inland lakes for trophy smallmouth bass using the latest in tournament-proven artificial tactics. Traverse CIty Bass operates from early May through October. Manistee River Salmon Guide Services specializes in salmon and steelhead fishing on the Big Manistee River in Manistee, Michigan. We cast plugs and egg presentations to boat the hard-hitting king salmon and acrobatic steelhead. We use river jet sleds to run the river, and hold state and Federal permits, leaving no stretch of river off-limits. We fish salmon from late August through October, and steelhead from October through into April. Wolfe Outfitters is a year-round fly fishing guide outfitter based at the 4 season resort at Crystal Mountain. Located close to the Manistee and Betsie Rivers, we specialize in all experience levels.
