About Ben Wong

A firm believer in putting the customer first, I make it a priority to understand customer needs deeply to maximise value for everyone. The nature of business is evolving constantly alongside technology and this excites me. By being intentional, strategic and empathetic, I help impactful organisations bring value and find win-win solutions with customers. My experiences in both running a small business as well as working in a company has allowed me to experience sales not only as a function on its own, but as an integral part of the business alongside the other business pillars. As a shipbroker, I excelled in integrating sales and operations. This allowed me to provide in-depth support and highly valuable insights to my clients every step of the way. By approaching challenges with an open mind, I was also able to provide creative solutions that convert into recurring business. Outside of work, I also run a burger pop up and food channel, do connect if you have a recipe to share!
