I am a results-driven and dynamic professional with a strong background in people, operations and restaurant management. With a track record of overseeing the successful operation of 170 franchise restaurants across Hungary, I have greatly grown my skills in team leadership, driving operational excellence and strategic planning. Over the years throughout my career, I have managed teams ranging from 6-40 people fostering a collaborative environment through regular one-on-one sessions and stand-up meetings. As a strong advocate for standardization and efficiency, I have successfully developed and implemented operational plans to improve critical KPIs including customer satisfaction ratings and GMV. To achieve this, I collaborated closely with various departments, including supply chain, product, HR, finance and procurement, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment. By allocating tasks and responsibilities within the operations team, I ensure a well-coordinated and focused approach to meeting and exceeding organizational goals, whilst achieving great ENPS score within my team.
