About Bence Csicsay

More than 8 years’ experience with teaching various groups in preschool/school education; Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in pedagogy; More than 3 years of experience in project-based teaching; 2 years of experience in Reggio Emilia approach; 2 years of experience in Montessori method; Compiling preschool workbooks; Summer camp assistant in Massachusetts, USA; A third-generation teacher in my family. For over 3 years served as the preschool photographer. The human mind is extremely fascinating for me, especially in early childhood where everything starts. I remember as a child, I always had lot of questions about the surrounding environment. This fascination and passion is still in me today, and as a 3rd generation teacher I feel that it’s my duty to inspire, observe and support the same vibes in the child. I am an enthusiastic person who loves to work with others, has great organizational skills and is able to be a team player. I love to get involved in different tasks as well as work on my own. When it comes to my work it is not only about having good results for the organization but also something else I would like to do. Being punctual and doing it in accordance with my job is one of the most important values in my life so that I could improve my communication and interpersonal relationship.
