About Bence Kapcsos

As a Production Manager of multiple A-list Hungarian bands, I oversee the concert and music production process from pre-production to post-production, ensuring the quality, efficiency, and timeliness of the projects. I work with a team of talented musicians and technicians, and coordinate with clients, sponsors, and media partners. I also manage the day-to-day life, such as logistics, contracts, and legal aspects of an artist collective. In addition to music production, I have a passion for film/television and creative businesses, and I use my skills in social media marketing, photography, and graphic design to promote and support various artists and musicians. I have been working as a freelance talent and social media manager since 2019, booking concerts and festivals, organizing rehearsals and studio works, designing and distributing merchandise and CDs, and creating engaging and effective online campaigns. I have a degree in Music Management from Zeneipari Hivatal, where I learned the fundamentals of the music industry, event organizing, branding, and advertising.
