About Benedetta Albano

I am passionate about European integration and Public Affairs, two areas which I have had the chance to explore in both my academic and my professional life. As a young Law student, I was offered the opportunity to obtain my LL.M. at the WWU Münster, an experience that shaped who I am as a person and made me discover my love for European topics. I have worked at AHK Italien as a Project Manager in the Legal & Tax Team, where I have had the opportunity to create events and experiences for the German-Italian legal community. I have also supported businesses and firms operating in both markets from the legal standpoint and developed the new internal privacy strategies. I am currently working on my doctoral dissertation at FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg, with a thesis on European harmonization of civil and social rights across the Member States and policy suggestions on the matter. As always, my passion for these topics has shown me the way forward.
