Since 2002, we have been focusing on several European property markets like the United Kingdom, Germany and Italy advising vendors and buyers alike. Given the extraordinary circumstances affecting the Spanish property market as a result of the recent economic recession, in 2011 we decided to focus primarily on this market, paying particular attention to the Costa del Sol area. Thanks to our constant commitment and thorough collaboration with several local banks, during the last couple of years, we were able to have access to a wide range of bank repossessed property being offered to the market at very low prices. We cover all the areas between Malaga and Sotogrande dealing with property suitable for different tastes and budgets. Because of the particularly confidential nature of the services we offer, the majority of our clients come to us through referrals and word of mouth.
