If Europe’s towns and cities want an affordable, competitive energy transition, they need a local energy economy. I work with cities and connected stakeholders to build them. How our team supports this- Creating European innovation partnerships to pilot and build scaling strategies for local energy economies - Researching and developing the collaboration models required for local energy action planning - Connecting local energy actors to European funding sources (ELENA, CEF, LIFE) to scale their initiatives - Offering facilitation and moderation for high-level policy discussions, including the European Union Sustainable Energy Week 2025 I’m also the methodology lead for Mission Driven Innovation - Bax’s innovation management methodology for mission-driven public sector organisations.
