Given my architectural background, I have an acute eye for both detail and the broader view. CHALLENGE: For non-native English-speaking professionals, there is a growing need for written and spoken communication skills to promote international collaboration, and to take advantage of potential lucrative global business opportunities. The use of appropriate professional phrasing and vocabulary is vital to achieve your goals. SOLUTION: I provide bespoke English language training tailored to communicating with those in English-speaking environments. Online, I teach one-to-one and classes up to 8 strong. Face-to-face, I teach one-to-one or classes up to 30 strong. depending on client requirements. METHODOLOGY: My training aims to help participants deal with a variety of real-life business situations. This includes face-to-face and online communication, meetings, telephoning, and emailing. I will check their understanding of language use at the outset. In at the deep end! I will introduce language of an appropriate formality and range, so that employees can effectively deal with a variety of real-life business situations. We will practice using role-plays, created around exacting client needs and feedback. The aim is to raise overall confidence in dealing with real-life, practical scenarios.
