I help energy companies navigate federal and EU regulation and modernise their systems, especially where compliance, portfolio thinking, and IT need to work together. Snapshot 14 years in energy & utilities: spanning emissions trading, commercial key account work, and IT consulting in cross-functional teams. Regulation meets IT: strong delivery record on EU-ETS 2, REMIT, Redispatch 2.0 and related projects across business analysis, requirements engineering, and agile project coordination. Translates well: from legal text and Excel chaos into structured backlog, clean documentation, and aligned delivery teams.
