About Benedicte McCoy

Throughout all my years in the IT industry, I have managed to jump from applications, to cloud, to security, to middleware and now Hardware. What a thrilling environment so rich and yet so challenging. I am not a geek, but I have a passion for transformation. In the recent years most transformations have been driven by IT (Cloud, analytics and now Artificial Intelligence). There has always been challenges, which I always have enjoyed to face. In the recent years, planet is the challenge. How can we embrace all those innovations but without further destroying our world. My latest challenge is to be Head Of Sustainability for the Largest accounts of my organization. And what a challenge. It has now become one of my biggest interest and involvement. What I have learned or gained through all those years is- a strong focus on customer - an ability to understand customers needs and challenges - drive internal and external projects - the ability to work and lead wide teams of experts. So far I have successfully been through many challenges. I am still looking for other challenges!
