About Beni S.

As a graduate of Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha with a Bachelor of Sport Science, I have developed a strong foundation in both education and program coordination. Since 2016, I have worked as a Field Program Coordinator at Bali Institute, where I have managed and led a diverse range of educational programs, from high school initiatives to adult learning experiences. My role allowed me to combine curriculum development, strategic planning, and cross-cultural collaboration, ensuring that each program was tailored to meet the needs of participants while fostering impactful learning. Over the past eight years, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with international students, NGOs, and local communities in Bali. From organizing health education initiatives with medical students to leading immersive cultural tours, my experience has taught me the importance of strong communication, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement. I’ve also expanded my skillset as a videographer and photographer, creating impactful media content that captures the essence of the programs I oversee. Looking ahead, I am excited to continue growing in roles that allow me to bridge program management, community development, and media production. My goal is to take on more leadership opportunities that balance both remote and field-based work, while contributing to initiatives that make a positive social impact.
