About Benita Grimaldi

I am fortunate enough to work for a company of talented people who sweat (at least) once a day, are living into their practice, developing themselves and those around them and creating transformational experiences that allow people to live happy, healthy, fun lives. One of my biggest strengths is my ability to identify opportunities for efficiencies and innovation to drive business results. I am quick to gauge the big picture vision and understand how to put this into a strategy, both in a traditional and non-traditional sense. I am not afraid to take risks and welcome the opportunity to fail as a means to innovate. As the Area Community Lead for Australia and New Zealand, I work directly with retail partners to coach & consult on annual market community strategies, as well as localising brand campaigns that drive business results. I am responsible for driving global strategies, locally, as well as key events, experiences, relationships and partnerships to create brand awareness, new guest acquisition and retention. My role allows me to support new market growth and expansion as well as successful new-store openings by creating sustainable and strategic traditional and non-traditional marketing plans in partnership with the Regional Managers and New Store Opening Team. I train, coach and consult cross functional teams to create aligned transformative relationships, build strategies, and maintain a healthy budget. I am passionate and have a keen eye for identifying talent to work for us and with us. I am a people and industry leader who thrives in developing myself and others.
