I spent most of my career in ESN or digital agencies and always within technical teams, first as a developer and then as a project manager to finally create my own agency which has grown to 12 people. I gave the management of my agency to one of my collaborators in November 2021 because the solitude of the entrepreneur weighed too much on me. Since then I am looking for my future professional challenge for the next 10 years because at my age I am looking for a long term professional relationship. My wife would say that I am a great manager and my friends would tell you that I am creative. I love international environments (I speak French/English and Spanish). I am very comfortable with telecommuting as for the past 10 years my agency has been 100% telecommuting and in 2017 I published 2 books on Amazon that talk about managing and recruiting remote teams. I love technology, I want to continue to evolve in a technological environment as this is where I perform best. Ideally I am looking for a role as a technical team manager and in liaison with business teams or customers because I am very good at bridging the gap with technical teams.
