About Benjamin Aretha

With an FAA Part 107 certification, I am a qualified and experienced Unmanned Aerial Systems Operator and Section Leader with the US Army. I have conducted aerial reconnaissance, surveillance, and targeting missions using electro-optical and infrared sensors and lasers, in both foreign and domestic airspace, to support the organization's objectives and security. As Section Leader, I lead and manage a team of eleven Soldiers, overseeing flight operations, training, and preventative maintenance. I participate in mission planning and coordinate with senior and executive personnel to ensure mission readiness and compliance. I also train, coach, and mentor the Non-Commissioned Officers and Soldiers of the Operator Section, providing feedback and guidance on their performance and career goals. I am motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the organization's success and empower my teammates to achieve their potential.
