I am a Technical Support Engineer at VMware, where I provide exceptional customer support and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Workspace ONE, a digital workspace platform that delivers secure access to any app on any device. I have resolved software issues for customer accounts while meeting 100% SLA level for Production and Premier cases, and worked hand in hand with Escalation Engineers to identify bugs and create escalations to resolve issues. My passion for cybersecurity drives me to stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the industry, and to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance at Western Governors University, expected to graduate in 2022. I have also obtained multiple certifications, such as Google IT Support Specialization, CompTIA A+, and ITIL Foundation Level, to enhance my skills and knowledge. Additionally, I have extensive network troubleshooting experience and expertise in Airwatch, a leading enterprise mobility management solution that enables secure mobile device management and application delivery.
