I have over a decade of experience in guest relations, directly working with my customers. From personally serving guest at their tables, to managing the dining experience of an entire restaurant. It is because of this experience that I have great interpersonal skills. Face to face over the telephone, or through electronic communication I am both polite and professional. I will diligently and effectively work through any task asked of me, resolving issues for my customers. I have training in customer service, quality assurance, and front office organization. I am able to quickly and effectively monitor and correct a problem that has occurred in my work environment. Over the years I have had ample opportunities to maneuver through situations involving missed opportunities with customers, both internal and external. I also have worked in time sensitive scenarios meeting expectations, and fulfilling requirements. I love completing tasks and challenging myself to learn something new.
