Engineer and manager passionate about innovation, I have moved from robotics and automation to designing software solutions serving engineers. My career has been shaped by high-stakes international projects. Currently, as Software Engineering Senior Manager at Siemens DISW (STS), I lead research and development activities for the Simcenter MBSE product line, guide multidisciplinary and multicultural teams, and support strategic projects at the intersection of PLM, MBSE, simulation, and artificial intelligence. As a pragmatic “Swiss Army knife,” I stand out for my ability to generate synergy, foster trust, and value human interactions. I firmly believe that collective intelligence is key to successful projects. I practice participative leadership, supporting skills development, and change, in an environment driven by excellence, but above all, by collaboration. Mindful of environmental challenges, I am particularly interested in decarbonizing society, especially in housing and mobility. I believe technological innovation will play an essential role, even if it is only part of the solution.
