About Benjamin Berkley

I am currently a student at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business pursuing degrees in Accounting and Business Analytics. I am hardworking and a team-player, and I look forward to being able to use and apply these skills to my career in the future. In my experience working many different types of jobs, from the golf course to a restaurant, I have utilized these skills to be the best employee and teammate that I can be. Over this past summer, I wanted to push myself to understand the value of time management. While working multiple jobs and taking multiple classes, I was excited to find that I am capable of more than I realized in terms of workload management. Throughout my previous experiences, I have learned a great deal about the value of being a good part of a team. Playing sports all throughout High School taught me great deal about accountability, hard work, being coachable, and perseverance, and these skills have all helped me significantly in the workplace. These skills have given me the insight that nobodies own personal goals can come above the goals of the team, business, company, etc.
