Benjamin has been working in the Information Technology field for the past 18 years. He has been Coordinating the Implementation of 1st and 3rd party software systems and hardware across multiple platforms and physical locations.He also structured and implemented policies and processes for Work From Home environments formultiple clients. Benjamin working with multiple vendors and internal groups on planning and executing the projects of new production locations along with decommissioning of physical locations. He is an expert in creating processes and documentation for auditing disaster recovery systems and data-centerenvironments. He has developed the required processes to maintain asset inventory control for reduction in distribution/deployment times. He has led the performance review process for staff development and coaching of direct reports.
