My digital & analytical capabilities allow me to draw insights quickly and leverage them to design effective and efficient commercial processes connecting people and technology- I optimized pricing models and processes using data-driven analysis and implemented them into CPQ, CRM and pricing systems to enable effective execution. My commercial awareness & business acumen let me connect the dots between strategic alternatives and their impact on performance, which has helped me to lead commercial initiatives and deliver business value- I executed a business transformation program delivering significant bottom-line improvements, developed tailor-made pricing strategies to improve market fit and competitiveness, and built customer value models to quantify business impacts and ultimately support sales efficiency and pricing effectiveness.
