Currently, I serve as Manager of Partnership Development and New Markets at Per Scholas, where I build and expand transformative partnerships to connect untapped talent with high-growth tech careers. My work is fueled by a commitment to economic mobility, social equity, and organizational excellence. Whether I’m forging new relationships with employers, developing sustainable growth strategies, or opening doors in untapped markets, my goal is to build systems that create real opportunity. Before joining Per Scholas, I worked as a full-cycle recruiter and business developer in the Washington, DC and Chicago metro areas, leading high-impact hiring initiatives and strengthening employer relationships. My early career included operations and development roles in faith-based advocacy, where I managed HR and donor systems, internal projects, and supported executive leadership through board engagement and strategic planning. I hold a B.A. in Political Science and Religion from Wittenberg University and bring both analytical insight and human-centered perspective to every challenge. I thrive in cross-functional environments where collaboration, strategy, and mission come together to drive meaningful change.
