About Benjamin Buchl

I am passionate about holistic health and wellness. My objectives are based around creating a better way of life for all and improving the way our current healthcare system is run. Personally I try to maximize my own health through stress management, diet, sleep, exercise. Professionally I want to maximize holistic health for all from teaching children about healthy living to advocating for my elderly patients in a variety of ways. Healthcare is changing, medical knowledge is growing, and as the population ages there is a need for holistic health. Educating myself on a daily basis through evidence-based research and practice in turn helps me to educate others. Collaborating with providers, patients, managers, and other stakeholders in the healthcare industry is something that I'm passionate about in creating a healthier world. My patients have inspired me to try to prevent what we can prevent; and from a palliative perspective, manage holistically what is already irreversible for quality of life. Getting to know me a little personally, I am an exercise addict and enjoy researching exercise science through nutritional articles, podcasts, and books. My other habits include: watching a wide variety of sports, reading a good book, and spending time in the sun. I place great importance on learning every day. Finally, and most importantly I place the highest priorities in life on faith, family, and friends.
