Though I am still available to previous clients, I recently moved to the West Palm Beach Florida area and am currently looking for opportunities here. I am still available for consulting for Amicus Management, Grand Rapids, MI, as an independent business analyst and consultant, implementing adjustments in Amicus Management’s business operations, marketing, and streamlining the project management processes. The initiatives were necessary to assist Amicus with its rapid growth. Experience in business management includes a successful turnaround of a retail lighting company that fell into receivership. By implementing new policies, effective marketing, producing accurate accounting, inventory controls and training new management. The efficient turnaround took less than four months. Using effective negotiating skills resulted in multiple telecommunication companies securing access for individual presentations to the decision makers and top management of both the IT and telecommunications departments of the State of Michigan. Leading sales and marketing at a metro Detroit wholesale company, increased sales from $4m in sales to $20m within four years. Subsequently, in two years, the company was sold to a nationally publicly held company.
