Providing transformational business and customer-related services to support the rapid growth of international NGO’s… Combining over 5 years’ experience in customer services with international experience, gained by providing work placement and internship support to NGO’s, Health and PR Companies within Asia’s most influential economies, I offer a unique skill-set and innovative approach to help NGO’s increase their fundraising/brand performance, and reputation. A few of my career highlights include: • Following the implementation of effective social media marketing activities and the publication of popular articles and blog posts, I contributed to a global NGO’s highest ever annual donations results • Based on outstanding academic achievements and strong cultural fluency, I was selected to join the British Council’s prestigious ‘Generation UK’ programme in August 2019 • I was entrusted to co-manage the annual fundraising event for a Shenzhen-based NGO, focusing on organisational and promotional activities to gain sponsorship, raise awareness, and contribute to the event’s overall success I am committed to supporting disadvantaged people through voluntary work and have offered skilled assistance to charities in the form of content creation for articles, stock management, costing, and procurement.
