About Benjamin Cabal

Interned with BC Massage Therapy for 2 years as a teenager and young adult, which led to my passion in rehabilitation. Since then I graduated with a Bachelors in Science in Exercise Physiology, shadowed and interned in the outpatient setting for Physical Therapy for over 500 hours total. I have enjoyed 2 full-time rotations in OP for a total of 17 weeks. The first rotation was with Concentra Physical Therapy in West Valley, UT. The second was with Back at Work Physical Therapy in North Ogden, UT. Currently I in doing my last full-time rotation at Northern Utah Rehabilitation Hospital, my fir IP rehab setting. Those that know me well say I am a genuine person, fun to be around, a good listener, and an athlete. I have been active my whole life, from biking and playing sports growing up to exercising and being a certified personal trainer in my adult years. I do my best to practice what I learn in school for what is best for my overall health and wellness, so that I can be a good example to my future patients and clients.
