As a detail-oriented Systems Administrator with TS/SCI clearance and 7 years cross-program experience in systems administration, including provisioning, installing, configuring and maintaining systems, servers, networks and related infrastructure, I have expertise in finding strategic IT solutions and providing quality technical support to end users. I have documented success in performing daily system monitoring and verifying integrity of hardware, server resources and key processes and am highly competent at ensuring the implementation of security measures to keep systems safe and identify possible vulnerabilities. I’m an expert in providing end-user technical support to include troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving client IT issues while managing network connectivity and IT applications.
