As a people-focused leader and highly experienced Operations Manager, I have gained a proven track record in building, coaching, developing, and retaining high-performing regional teams. This has led to significant business growth, expansion into new regions, and district management of multiple business entities. I am commercially aware and financially astute to understand and leverage P&L to make sound decisions, with confidence to present and communicate at all levels to build a strong, positive operations culture, with teamwork and collaboration at the core. I am equally strong in sales data analysis to forecast future trends and delight customers, thus creating an optimum end-to-end experience and providing regional units with the tools, resources, and support necessary to achieve business goals.
