My professional experience covers the public sector, medium-sized companies, and listed corporations. Among others, I am well-versed in the following areas- Developing, implementing and digitalizing of controlling tools - Defining and analyzing financial key figures (KPI)- Conducting financial, budget and investment planning and forecasting - Establishing reporting structures - Further developing of SAP applications - Project management - Process optimization - Assuming of personnel and P&L responsibility On a personal level, I consider leadership and communications skills as well as a proactive work approach to be among my key strengths.
