About Benjamin Coler

Over the years I have acquired a multitude of skills I never thought I would. I learned team coordination from my first job at a fast food restaurant and retail store. I learned how to care for dogs health and groom then properly while attending a grooming acadamy to be certified. I then decided to move into a field I always loved but never thought I could get into. I decided to change my career path to follow what was only my hobby for so long, IT tech. I started with only knowing how to clean IT equipment to becoming a computer technician and learning repair and troubleshooting skills I could not have learned on my own. This experience has turned me into a leader with a handful of knowledge in many products in the technical field and being able to do hands on work with all of it from computers, to networking, to Telecom, and many other hardware devices and software. I have also learned the market of E-Scrap and the value and benefits to the environment it brings, this has taught me a better way to dispose of various technology equipment and parts. I have been able to use this to now understand process improvement strategies, research growth opportunities for my employer, and learning how to lead a team that I respect and respects me.
