As a Senior Product Writer at SmartRecruiters, I own our product content strategy, product documentation, and help center content. I work closely with our Product Managers and Designers to ensure that in-product content is well-structured and effectively communicates the product's value to customers. Before joining SmartRecruiters, I was a Senior Technical Writer at Pegasystems. I produced high-quality technical documentation that enabled Pega users to solve critical business problems using our software. I also collaborated with stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective, use-case-based content. I have a BEd in Education from the University of Plymouth, which gave me a strong foundation in teaching, grammar, and communication. I'm passionate about learning new technologies and skills, and I'm always looking for opportunities to grow my network of writers and industry professionals.
