I’m Ben, a fully registered Nutritional Therapist with a first-class honours degree in Nutrition from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) and Portsmouth University. With over 15 years of experience in the health industry, I specialise in digestive health, hormonal balance, and cardiovascular health. Trained in the Functional Medicine model, I take a holistic approach, looking beyond just nutrition to assess all aspects of your life and uncover the root causes of your symptoms. My passion for digestive health comes from my own journey with IBS and anxiety, giving me a deep understanding and empathy for what you’re going through.
