About Benjamin Croizet

I'm involved in managing teams to design and develop web and stand alone applications with Java-related technologies, using Agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban. I'm focusing on increasing global efficiency, by thinking of new management / reporting tools which could be applied by Scrum of Scrum teams. I'm really interested of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Lean management. I've participated at all steps of software creation : study and quotation, analysis and technical documentation, development, refactoring, architecture, bug fixing, team support, deployment, installation, test strategy and tests execution. I've been working on projects and programs of different sizes, from 2 persons to 50 persons within differents teams. I'm also interested of all quality metrics and new tools around development, such as Continuous integration, test driven development and bug tracking.
