Benjamin (Ben) Dalton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management consulting and operations. He currently serves as an Operations Director at World Wide Technology in St. Louis, Missouri, where he has successfully completed projects with global financial companies and private equity firms. Ben is also a Senior Instructor at the United States Military Academy at West Point, teaching military leadership. Ben holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School and a Master of Arts in Social Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University. His career includes significant contributions to organizations like Bayer and Lumeris, and he has been recognized with peer-nominated awards such as the Hubert C. Moog Prize and the MAJ Tom Kennedy Leadership and Learning Application Award. In addition to his professional achievements, Ben has previously served on the board of the Center for Hearing & Speech and currently serves as the Basketball Chair for the Christ Prince of Peace Athletic Association.
