About Benjamin Davis

I am passionate about learning and development - for both myself and for those with whom I have the pleasure to work. I began my career as an American Sign Language/English interpreter, and I always felt a desire to teach and help others reach their goals. After joining a corporate team of interpreter trainers, I fell in love with the concepts of instructional design and online learning. After earning a master's degree in Interpreting Pedagogy, I continued in the field of interpreter development and education in both corporate and academic environments. In more recent years, I have branched out from interpreting into leadership development and corporate learning and development. I'm excited to go to work everyday to be the best I can be as an L&D professional and support others in their workplace and career development.
