Having worked as a Customer Sales and Service Adviser has helped me see both sides of the insurance world. It has allowed me to service the client in selling and setting up their policy to ensure that the Client has the appropriate coverage. It allowed me to sharpen my Customer Service skills and treat the customer with the highest quality of service rendering them the services for which they pay their premiums-Dealing with Commercial claims has really opened a door to handle more complex claims and has helped me develop a relationship with brokers and keep a close relationship with various examiners and Insureds. I have also been designated on many control accounts where I overlook all claims pertaining to that account and also tend to all the needs of that customer-Knowledge of Environmental/Pollution Liability Policies and handle losses stemming from both products. Investigating and determining the source of the contamination and ensuring that all potential parties are at the table at the onset of the claim is my primary focus upon receipt of a new loss. Specialties-Handling of Large Environmental Losses which require a high level of attention to detail given the high value of the clean up -Ability to assemble a team to assist on these Large losses to opine on the Clean-up, approach as well as overall quantum assessment of the loss -Very knowledgeable in all Microsoft programs, HALCION systems and various Claims Management Systems -Extensive handling of commercial property and liability claims as well as both personal and commercial auto losses
