I conduct internal training to ensure the Talent Acquisition team is always up-to-date and aligned with the best practices in the industry. I work with platforms such as SAP Success Factors, HireVue, Trello, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, InfoJobs, and Hello Work, always seeking to innovate and add value in every search.
