About Benjamin Eck

I enjoy all aspects of film and video production from developing the creative and planning the execution to capturing on set and finally shaping the edit to deliver the best results possible.As such, I’ve worked in several different integral departments over the years. I spent years as a shooter/editor then moved up into a Cinematographer role and eventually became a director. I’ve since shot and directed scripted, unscripted, music video and commercials often pulling double duty as Director and DP.It’s my experience in these different departments that has honed my eye for visuals and shaped my preparedness in regards to shooting for the edit.In conclusion, the combination of creativity, technology, and creative problem solving keeps my fire for this industry burning year after year.
