I supervised technicians and installers who handle service and installation of all types of signs and vinyl. I have a diverse and adaptable background and skill set that spans different sectors and situations. With a diploma in aircraft maintenance and 15 years of experience as a technician for various vehicles and equipment, I have gained expertise in hydraulic, electrical, inspection, manufacturing, conflict resolution, and customer service. I am fluent in both English and French, and I used Microsoft CRM to streamline the warranty administration processes. I am passionate about solving problems creatively and efficiently, and delivering satisfaction to our clients. I have training and experience in management, aircraft maintenance, camper maintenance, customer service, parts, service, restaurant equipment repair setup and refurbishment, and warranty and contract administration. I have worked in the aviation, nautical, transport truck, automotive, RV, mini and modular homes sectors and food equipment sectors. I have a wide variety of skills including hydraulic, electrical, inspection, manufacturing, conflict resolution etc. I have repaired RVs and managed the parts, service and warranty departments. I have done contract administration, warranty and customer service for a modular and mini home builder and RV. I was Co-owner of Floods Feathered Friends. I learn fast and make a great addition to any company with all my skills.
