Money matters, people do it more." Doing what the fans want instead of giving the team what it needs erodes trust, and with it, sustainable growth. For me, development and growth are a mindset that prioritizes people and their needs over narrow growth targets. Business functions much like personal fitness: there is no sense in spending 9 hours at the gym instead of training 30 minutes daily. Goals are necessary because they provide direction, but demanding them dogmatically by a fixed date while ignoring changes along the way turns participants’ loyalty into a domino piece. I have been building bridges between customers, banking expertise and IT for over 20 years. I've learned a lot along the way. One of the most important lessons is this: Customer view determine success. High-quality implementations happen when individuals see their contributions as part of something bigger.
