With over 15 years of experience in Cloud services, Product lifecycle management and Customer Success, I am a CSAM at Microsoft, where I create customer value by accelerating cloud consumption/usage, supportability, and influence upsell. I am passionate about delivering an easy and connected experience and building trust through customer centricity. I strive to improve customer experience with technical intensity and actioning customer feedback. I also collaborate across the customer success unit to drive better customer outcomes through cross cloud solutions delivering on the One Microsoft value. In my current role, I leverage my skills in PLM, ITIL, SaaS, and customer relationship management to represent Microsoft to cloud customers and ensure their business outcomes are achieved. I am accountable to guide a valued and influential customer relationship during the production lifecycle, developing customer loyalty and satisfaction, and addressing areas of concern or dissatisfaction. I also hold each party (my company, ours customers & partners) accountable for executing their activities in agreement with contracts, and establish a successful operating mode, excellence in technology performance, and superior customer service.
