About Benjamin Geislinger

I was always amazed by using engineering expertise to develop new products. In 2014, together with my brother Adrian and a great team, we started the Hydrofoil Brand Levitaz as an offspring inside the Family Company Geislinger GmbH. It was an incredible experience being able to contribute to product development and brand recognition at the same time. That’s also how I got into media production, videography and especially drone piloting, which I started self- employed during my studies in Industrial Engineering at the Vienna University of Technology. There I got the opportunity to join the TU Space Team and work on the development of the CubeSat STS1. This amazing team with incredibly talented people, managed to organize itself in a start- up like atmosphere, which many companies could learn from. In 2022 I joined the family company Geislinger GmbH and since March 2023 I am in the position of Product Manager for our Couplings. My aim is to bring together customer needs with our products capabilities, which enables us to develop new solutions. We have exciting times ahead, with an energy transition that is desperately needed by the environment and that requires us to put huge effort into sustainable engineering solutions for the future.
