My professional career started with an apprentice ship as an industrial clerk at Philips Lightning. From there onwards I stopped at various companies within the B2B and B2C area where I took care of Contract Management, Customer Service Management, Business Intelligence & Analytics Management, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Experience Management, Loyalty Programming, Marketing Automation and other areas of a holistic customer centric approach. In 2017 I graduated as Master of Advanced Studies in Customer Relationship Management at the University of Applied Sciences in Winterthur (Zurich). My master Thesis was around immersive technologies within the premium und luxury goods industry. In 20218 I was also a co-author to a book called: CRM in der Praxis Within the last years of my professional career I managed global CRM and MARTECH Projects around: 1) Developing and rolling out global Loyalty Programs 2) Global rollouts of CRM & Marketing Automation Tools 3) Develop and rollout global Customer Personalization Initiatives 4) Global CRM and Marketing Automation Strategies development 5) Senior Management BI and CRM Analytics development 6) Building and reorganizing global team structures within CRM, Marketing Automation, Customer Operations & Customer Experience Management 7) Developing and rolling out global Customer Experience strategies 8) Budget responsible up to €20Mio 9) Managing direct teams of up to 10 people (up to 100 people in global Matrix and Project Organizations)
