About Benjamin Heady

Hi, I'm Benjamin Heady, a junior Business Management and Vocal Music student at Cedarville University. As a member of the National Christian Forensics and Communication Association for 6 years, I've honed my public speaking skills and competed in speech and debate tournaments. I've also been a 10-year member of the Hancock County Children's Choir, where I performed piano and vocal solos and served as a concert emcee on two occasions. Additionally, I'm a team captain of the East Indy Trailblazers Soccer Club, which won the NHSC Division National Championship in 2020. I've been named Defender of the Year for three years and received the Exemplary Character Award. In my academic and professional pursuits, I maintain strong skills in leadership, communication, customer service, adaptability, team collaboration, time management, and organization. My achievements include winning the Collegiate Business Pitch Competition and achieving grand champion and champion awards in many projects through 10 years of membership in 4-H, as well as placing sixth nationally in the Joseph S. Rumbaugh Sons of the American Revolution National Oratory Contest in 2020.
