I bring deep experience executing commercial real estate transactions across the capital stack—acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and asset management—totaling over $1.1B across 5M+ square feet. My core focus has been shopping centers and multifamily properties, where I’ve led both asset management and acquisition efforts: sourcing, underwriting, JV structuring, due diligence, and closing. I’ve closed over $400M in transactions anchored by tenants such as Whole Foods, CVS, Ross, Lidl, and Ralphs. On the capital markets side, I’ve originated and closed more than $595M in debt financing, working with banks, pension funds, and life-company lenders. This dual-track experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of deal structures, investment risk, asset management, and the precision required to close complex real estate deals. Whether assessing leasing strategy, structuring deals, or evaluating refinance opportunities, I bring a strategic mindset and data-driven approach to real estate investment.
