My work experience includes management of a wide variety of environmental projects: Write/Manage/Review/Explain environmental due diligence reports for multifamily and commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions and refinances in order to best serve the needs of the transaction and meet the requirements of our clients, their debt providers and their equity partners; Scope/Procure/Manage "Phase II"/limited soil, groundwater and vapor investigations as a follow up to the Phase I ESAs when required; Vapor Mitigation System Quality Assurance and Testing; Training on environmental risk management issues including such topics as EPA regulatory compliance, OSHA regulatory compliance, asbestos, lead-based paint, mold and indoor air quality; Provider of Environmental Risk Management Consulting Services related to compliance with all applicable federal, state and local standards pertaining to owners and managers in both commercial and multifamily real estate; Provider of Permitting Services for large abatement/renovation projects as well as manufacturing sites with industrial pre-treatment systems; Procurement and scoping of environmental abatement nationwide for owners of real estate engaged in renovation or upgrades of their properties.
