With a focus on the operational and study-specific quality of deliverables during my tenure in a leadership role within Alliance Management and Quality Management, combined with prior experiences in Clinical Monitoring and Data Management, I have acquired the ability to quickly identify and manage risk areas of a study by providing the tools, training, and/or resources required for optimal success and resource efficiency. Understanding resource management; the ability to identify and amend deficient processes; collaborate and train colleagues for proper resolution and implementation; all while maintaining profitability, are the leadership skills that have lead to my success in the industry.
