I am a strategic thinker with over 25 years’ experience in marketing, communications and sales across hospitality, tourism, wine and dairy industries in Japan, Australia and throughout the APAC region. I have experience leading Japanese teams and large budgets within highly matrixed organisations to deliver high-profile outcomes. I have lived and breathed the Japanese market for the last 20 years: I am cross-culturally savvy and fluent in Japanese, with a handy smattering of Korean. I conduct my professional and personal life under a simple tenet: “treat others as you would expect them to treat you”.
