As a data and technology leader with over 18 years of experience, I specialize in driving organizational transformation through data-driven innovation. In my role as Senior Manager at delaware BeLux, I lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver advanced analytics solutions powered by machine learning and deep learning, helping clients unlock strategic value from their data. My career spans both startups and large corporate environments, where I’ve built and scaled high-performing teams, defined technology roadmaps, and executed complex programs—including R&D initiatives. As Technology Director at EarthLab Luxembourg, a startup in the space and insurance sectors, I led the development of the Max-ICS platform for risk assessment and information extraction, aligning deep learning capabilities with operational needs. At HITEC Luxembourg, I launched the Public Safety Suite for crisis response and initiated the emergency.lu project in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, SES, and Luxembourg Air Rescue. It is an emergency telecommunications solution supporting global humanitarian operations in disaster zones.
